Ramser Development Co purchased Adult Toy Storage, a 1,800 space indoor and outdoor RV storage facility in Altamonte Springs, FL in November of 2021.   The property currently consists of 42 acres in operation; twenty-five is designated for outdoor storage with an additional 17 acres for enclosed storage.  There is over 450,000 SF of indoor parking that houses high-end RV's.  This is the largest RV storage facility in the country.
