RV Storage Depot-Mission Viejo

Ramser Development Company did a joint venture with the owner of the above project for over 7 years.  The conversion began in 2011 which included the entire 300,000 square foot building.  Fully enclosed warehouse RV parking was created, brand new state of the art self storage and over 1000 outdoor RV parking spaces.  This facility at its height had over 2000 tenants.  This facility was a one stop shop for all storage needs for residents of Mission Viejo, and south Orange County.
