RDC negotiated a long-term lease on 20 acres for outdoor parking with the County of Orange at the Great Park, formerly El Toro Marine Base. The facility is a consists of a management office, security gates and fencing and 1,220 outdoor self-parking spaces for vehicles (RV/Boat storage) in the Orange County Market. This is the largest facility in the area and has access to dozens of master-planned communities in the City of Irvine. The site is leasing up rapidly averaging 2 new tenants per day since opening and is currently 45% occupied.
