Ramser Development entered into a long term ground lease with Edison to open RV Storage Depot in Santa Ana on the Johanna Substation.  The facility was constructed in 2003, it is fully enclosed with electronic gate access, security surveillance and includes a dump station.  This facility is one of the premiere RV facilities in Orange County and is fully occupied.
